We signed our new lease today, so I guess we'll be sticking around here for a while longer. This is the first time they didn't raise our rent when we re-signed, but we had forgot they were also going to raise the rates for garages, so it'll still be $10 more a month than we had been paying. Yay.
This time around we opted for a 6 month lease, and hopefully we'll be able to move in the spring. Now that Jenny's got her new job, it means she'll be working more at one particular library branch, so we're thinking we'll look for a house in that area when the time gets closer.
