Apparently the renovation of the apartment below is complete, and we now know who our new downstairs neighbors will be - our next door neighbors. Strangely enough, it seems they're moving from one unit to the other today. Not sure why, but it just checks another mark in the "odd neighbor" column...
Now we get to wait and see if someone moves in next door. With any luck, maybe it'll stay empty till we move out! :)
